Established in 2000, the Animal Emergency Clinic of Mid-Maine provides after-hours critical care support to local veterinarians and emergency care to the general public.

Erich Baumann, DVM, Chief of Staff
Our managing and primary veterinarian is Dr. Erich Baumann, who joined us about a year after the clinic opened. He has assembled a core group of part-time veterinarians who provide their services on a regular basis.
Pamela Scudder, DVM
Graduated from Purdue University School of Veterinary Medicine in 1995. A native of New England, she enjoys spending time outdoors with her dogs and horse.
Stephanie Kuietauskas, DVM
Graduated in 2006 from Iowa State University College of Veterinary Medicine.
Kevin Cowan, DVM
1991 graduate of Tufts. Worked in general practice for four years, then emergency medicine in Massachusetts and Brunswick. Has been with the Animal Emergency Clinic of Mid-Maine for five years.
